Trout Gulch: Chardonnay & Pinot Noir - Established in 1980, this 16 acre dry-farmed vineyard is nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains near the coastal town of Aptos. The site sits at 750 feet above sea level and has well-draining sandy loam soil. The vineyard was planted to Wente Chardonnay and Mt Eden Pinot Noir. Its proximity to the sea (less than 4 miles inland) assures the grapes receive the cooling influence of the Monterey Bay.
Ryan Spencer: Syrah - Established in 2001, this Santa Cruz Mountain vineyard is comprised of 7 acres broken into different blocks on a very steep hill between 450 and 800 feet in elevation. Situated on sandy loam, the Syrah is planted to clones 470, 877, and 174 with vine density of over 2300 vines per acre.
Lester Family: Pinot Noir - Planted in the hills of Corralitos situated only three miles from coast. Farmed by Prudy Foxx, this site is ideal for producing Pinot Noir with beautiful fruit and natural acidity. The site is planted to sandy clay loam soils and home to many different clones, specifically 667 & 777 are used by us.
